Event Center: 3,000 square feet event center. Capacity for: 280 people seated; 100 classroom-style; 125 banquet-style; 300 standing networking. Has check-in area and two break-out rooms (can also be used for catering). Fully wired for A/V, includes use of 8 large-screen TVs and 2 microphones. 8 data inputs allow for multiple presentations at once. This is the most versatile space, great for any type of event – presentations to parties. Pricing starts at $100/hr.
Rooftop Patio: 4,000 square foot event space. Capacity for: 200 mix of standing and seating; fully-furnished lounge-style and cafe seating. Heaters available for rent. One TV; wired for basic audio. This beautiful rooftop patio is ideal for cocktail receptions, networking events, special events & parties.
Community center: 3,000 square foot room surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Capacity for: 200 standing networking; non-traditional seating for up to 50; includes one TV for visual; not wired for audio. Ideal for indoor networking events and cocktail receptions, special events & parties. Pricing starts at $100/hr.
CONFERENCE ROOM OPTIONS
Board Room: 500 square foot board room; capacity for 20 people seated at tables; two large screen TVs with single or dual data inputs; wired for audio. Pricing is $75/hr.
Conference Rooms: We have several 4-person and 8-person conference rooms available to rent. These are equipped with white board and 70″ TV. Conference rooms are available on a limited basis Monday-Friday and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Pricing is between $25/hr and $50/hr.
